About The Position

Join Muckleshoot Casino Resort as a Bartender where you will exemplify our values and provide excellent guest service. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining a detailed table, taking orders, presenting food to guests, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your role will also include adhering to sanitation and safety policies, completing cleaning duties, and promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
• Hold and maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit required.
• Alcohol Service Permit Class 12 required.
• 1 (one) year experience in bartending required.

Nice To Haves

• Bartending School or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies MCR's values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
• Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort.
• Prepare and maintain a detailed table, before, during and after guests are served.
• Take orders and present food to guests.
• Help guests' select food and beverage items (i.e.: explaining daily specials, offering appetizers, or answering food preparation questions).
• Keep wait station area clean and restocked.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Complete specific daily/weekly cleaning duties.
• Provide excellent guest service by providing a positive dining experience.
• Conclude dining experience by thanking the guests and inviting them to return.
• Create, maintains, and facilitates a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
