About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartenders and servers to provide excellent guest experiences. This person will prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons, interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks, mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, and be proficient in all aspects of cocktail preparation. The role also involves assessing member's needs and preferences and making recommendations, staying member focused and nurturing an excellent member experience, complying with all state and local food and beverage regulations, taking food orders, serving and bussing tables, and taking care of members' needs while in the venue.

Requirements

• Working experience as a bartender or server in a club or high-end resort environment required
• Computer literacy
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificates
• Ability to walk, stand and bend for long periods of time
• Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be at least 21 years old
