JOB SUMMARY: As a member of the front-of-house team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Whether engaging directly with guests, supporting service flow, or ensuring our dining room and bar are fully stocked and pristine, you’ll contribute to a collaborative environment where every detail matters.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in upscale dining or hospitality preferred.
Valid Alcohol Awareness Certification (must meet state regulations).
Valid Food Handlers Certification (must meet state regulations).
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
Ability to assess situations and make quick, accurate decisions.
Capable of performing well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, guest-first service by anticipating needs and supporting a memorable dining experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room, bar, and service areas
Assist with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining service flow throughout the shift
Support servers and bartenders by stocking supplies, glassware, utensils, and service stations
Possess working knowledge of food, beverage, and wine offerings appropriate to role
Navigate the P.O.S. system as needed and follow proper cash-handling procedures
Execute opening, closing, and side work duties with attention to detail
Understand the layout and flow of the restaurant and work cohesively with the entire team
Maintain all required certifications, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler Safety (as required by state and county)
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management
