Requirements

Candidate must have ability to verbally communicate and hear.
Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds on a continuous basis.
Must be able to stand and be on feet for up to 12 hours minimum per day
High school diploma
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Food service experience preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain complete working knowledge of:
Proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations
All liquor brands, beers, and wines
Resort offerings
All company policies and procedures
Safety practices
Set-up function rooms and spaces, including tables, linens, food and beverage stations, and other event components according to the instructions on the Banquet Event Order and according to supervisor’s instructions.
Serve food and beverage in accordance to standards and in accordance to the instructions of supervisors and management.
Supporting room refreshes and cleaning as needed.
Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly.
Ensure appearance of food and beverages being served are within standards.
Ensure all event and work spaces remain organized, maintained, and visually appealing.
Breakdown function rooms and/or breaks at the conclusion of functions.
Maintain the cleanliness of all storage and work areas.
Additional support duties as assigned.
