Grille House Server Assistant Champions Retreat Golf Club | Evans, GA Champions Retreat Golf Club is seeking Grille House Bussers / Food Runners to support our Food & Beverage team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and helping deliver smooth, high-quality service in a fast-paced clubhouse dining environment. Position Overview As a Grille House Busser / Food Runner, you are a key support player in creating great dining experiences for our members and guests. You will assist servers and bartenders by maintaining clean, organized tables and service areas while helping deliver food efficiently from the kitchen to the dining room. This position plays a vital role in keeping service flowing and ensuring guests receive timely, polished service.

Prior busser, runner, or restaurant experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
Assist with running food from the kitchen to the dining room and patio
Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas
Refill water, assist with pre-bussing, and help maintain table presentation
Assist with setup and breakdown for daily service and special events
Follow service standards and cleanliness guidelines at all times
