About The Position

Grasslands Club is seeking Server Assistants to support our Food & Beverage team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. Located northeast of Nashville in Gallatin, Tennessee, Grasslands Club is a fully private golf and country club with two beautiful campuses — Foxland and Fairvue. Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Support servers to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and professionally
- Refill water, beverages, and assist with guest needs as directed
- Assist with food running and delivery as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Uphold Grasslands Club service standards and hospitality values
