About The Position

The Nolen Rooftop is now hiring a Server Assistant to support our fast-paced, high-volume rooftop bar and restaurant. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in an energetic environment, enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences. As a Server Assistant, you’ll play a critical support role for our service team, ensuring smooth operations, strong guest flow, and an elevated rooftop experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Support servers and bartenders during service to ensure efficient, seamless guest experiences
Assist with food and beverage delivery and table maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, tables, and guest areas
Reset and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors throughout and after service
Help keep the rooftop well-stocked with glassware, supplies, and service items
Be a visible, approachable presence for guests while supporting overall service flow
Assist with ID validation and help monitor responsible alcohol service when needed
