About The Position
Punch Bowl Social is seeking Server Assistants to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining culinary integrity by ensuring that high-quality products are delivered from the kitchen to guests. Server Assistants are responsible for enhancing the guest experience through enthusiastic dish delivery, highlighting quality ingredients, refilling and running drinks, and promptly clearing tables. The position also involves general upkeep, maintenance, and constant cleaning duties within the restaurant. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Ensuring that quality product leaves the kitchen – every shift, every plate
- Delivering dishes with enthusiasm and highlighting quality ingredients
- Helping the team create memorable guest experiences by refilling and running drinks and quickly clearing the table when a guest has departed
- General upkeep and maintenance as needed - Constant cleaning
- Helping with general cleaning and maintenance duties around the restaurant as needed
