Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with multiple tasks such as running food, bussing tables, taking drink orders and ensure table set ups are correct
• Ensure necessary service items are stocked such as ice banks, bar fruit, and service stations
• Polish silverware pre-shift and post-shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room
• Collaborat e with servers, bar and kitchen staff to effectively and efficiently provide quality customer service
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures as well as restaurant protocols
