Hyatt Centric Park City is seeking colleagues with unmatched service. We care for people so they can be their best. A Server Assistant will help our servers create memorable guest experiences in our beautiful three-meal and bar outlet, Escala Provisions Company Restaurant & Bar (EPC). This role is all about ensuring service is smooth by providing attentive support service to guests, maintaining a clear, clean, and properly set dining room, and communicating with the EPC team. The right person will have great attention to detail, work well in teams, and have previous restaurant experience. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years or older.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility in scheduling needs with ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed.
Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Previous food service experience required (Hospitality industry and/or fine dining experience preferred).
Must have current Alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required by local or state government agency. Food service and/or other certification as required.
