About The Position

Husk is seeking collaborative and detail-driven Server Assistants to join their team. Located in the heart of downtown Charleston, Husk is a flagship of Southern cuisine, celebrating the soul of Southern food through ingredient-focused cooking and a deep respect for heritage ingredients. As part of The Neighborhood Dining Group, they are committed to redefining what it means to cook and lead with purpose in Charleston. The Server Assistant will support the front-of-house team and help create a seamless, elevated guest experience.

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Support Servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining clean, organized tables
• Assist in delivering food and beverage orders with professionalism and care
• Keep service areas stocked, clean, and guest-ready
• Anticipate guest needs and provide warm, genuine hospitality at every turn
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
