Responsible for preparing all tables in your section for service before and after your shift. Make sure all areas are clean and free of debris. Maintain tables throughout service, clearing dishes between courses and empty glassware as necessary. Clearing and scraping all dishes after clearing a table. Stock all side stations with linen and proper glassware. Service and explanation of bread to guests according to the service standards Assist server in carrying order to the tables. Refills water glasses and coffee cups as required. Makes coffee when necessary. Maintain professional demeanor throughout service, assisting servers as necessary. Resets table and perform other related duties as requested by the Food Server. Move tables throughout dining room in order to be able to set up and accommodate need of the reservations. Supplies the dining room and individual guest tables with clean china, silver, glassware, utensils, condiments, and paper supplies as needed. Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.
