We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented Server Assistants to support the dining and beverage teams. This role can include bussing, food running, and bar support responsibilities. Depending on weekly business needs and ability, Server Assistants may be scheduled to assist bartenders with restocking and basic bar preparation tasks.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a server assistant, busser, runner, or bar support preferred; high-end hospitality experience is ideal.
  • Strong attention to detail, speed, and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed, including both dining room and bar support tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a guest-first attitude.
  • Ability to learn elevated service standards, sequencing, and basic bar support procedures.
  • Professional appearance, reliability, and a desire to grow within a high-end hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support servers and bartenders to ensure smooth, polished, and efficient service throughout all dining and lounge environments.
  • Maintain table cleanliness and readiness-pre-bussing, clearing, resetting, and preparing stations to club standards.
  • Run food accurately to the correct tables, ensuring proper delivery, presentation awareness, and member communication.
  • When scheduled for bar support, assist with restocking spirits, beer, wine, ice, garnishes, mixers, glassware, and general bar mise en place.
  • Maintain service stations, beverage areas, and side work zones to ensure they remain stocked, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
  • Proactively anticipate team needs, stepping in where required to support seamless operations.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas and event spaces based on operational requirements.
  • Uphold club standards for professionalism, cleanliness, and elevated hospitality at every touchpoint.
