Assist Servers by providing water, bread service, coffee and tea throughout the meal to guests. Replacing silverware when necessary, clearing dirty dishes and anticipating guests’ needs, and communicating with team members before requests are made. Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard. Set and maintain stations, breakdown any buffets, displays and check stations during service or as needed. Clear tables efficiently and quietly between guests and reset them for the specific number of guests. Always ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area. Be present and ensure that professional, courteous, and efficient guest service is offered, where each guest is greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile. And More!
