About The Position

Assist Servers by providing water, bread service, coffee and tea throughout the meal to guests. Replacing silverware when necessary, clearing dirty dishes and anticipating guests’ needs, and communicating with team members before requests are made. Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard. Set and maintain stations, breakdown any buffets, displays and check stations during service or as needed. Clear tables efficiently and quietly between guests and reset them for the specific number of guests. Always ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area. Be present and ensure that professional, courteous, and efficient guest service is offered, where each guest is greeted promptly and courteously with eye contact and a smile. And More!

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience required with high end restaurant experience preferred.
• A strong ability to multitask and be in constant communication with the server/bar team to understand their needs.
• This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.
• The ideal candidate will have a confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
• Position requires continuous standing for 8 or more hours a day and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.
• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
