Our employees are Experience Curators who are professional memory-makers, creating personalized guest experience from start to finish. Experience Curators craft meaningful, over-the-top experiences that wow our guests time after time. The Server Assistant plays a crucial support role to the food service staff, responsible for clearing tables, removing used dishes, refilling water glasses and resetting tables for new guests. The role is crucial in maintaining a smooth and efficient dining experience, supporting the waitstaff, and maintaining the dining area in a clean and orderly manner. The must have good customer service skills as they will interact with guests in the dining areas.
Requirements
- Good communication skills: able to speak English and interact with customers and co-workers
- Previous restaurant experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able of lifting equipment, trays with food, and move tables and chairs.
