About The Position
Overview: We are looking for an experienced and skilled Server to join our team! Our Servers are naturally comfortable with people and can quickly build rapport with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Detail-oriented, hard-working, and able to manage multiple priorities, you rely on your excellent organization and communication skills to deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests. Requirements
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant preferred
- The genuine desire to provide outstanding hospitality to our guests
- Professional, well-groomed, and confident with an outgoing personality
- Ability to clearly communicate guests’ needs to other team members
- Hardworking with a positive and upbeat attitude
- General knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and beer
- Comfortable working with a team
- Food Handler Certification a plus and will be required within 60 days of hire
Responsibilities
- Be a brand ambassador, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience
- Assist waitstaff and bartenders in providing excellent guest service
- Run food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guests have everything they need
- Clean and reset tables
- Adhere to all food safety regulations
- Perform opening, closing, and side duties as required
- Helping Washing and polishing
- Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
- Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative environment
