About The Position

Gallion’s Restaurant & Cocktail Lounge is an upscale yet approachable dining destination in Rosemary Beach, known for its exceptional hospitality, extensive wine list, and rare and allocated spirits. We are seeking friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented Server Assistants to support our front-of-house team and help create an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Requirements

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in delivering a seamless and memorable dining experience.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and reset efficiently between guests.
• Support beverage and food service by refilling water, polishing silver and glassware and assisting with running dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including side stations and service areas.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
• Work closely with servers, bartenders, and managers to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold restaurant standards.
