This position requires an individual to be detail orientated, familiar with current sanitation procedures, excellent communication skills, anticipating guest’s needs and working closely with co-workers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Have complete understanding of menu item. Follow sequence of service standards. Perform all side work duties as assigned. Able to converse with guests and address needs as required. Work with bartender on stocking and cleaning areas of bar as required. Maintain and inventory equipment on monthly basis to insure adequate counts for service. This job has no supervisory responsibilities. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
