Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous restaurant, food runner, busser, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong guest service mindset and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Availability to work AM or PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Support servers to ensure smooth and efficient dining room service
- Deliver food promptly and accurately to guests
- Assist with table maintenance and dining room cleanliness
- Reset tables according to fine-dining standards
- Assist with food running and communication between kitchen and service staff
- Prepare garnishes and assist with basic food presentation needs
- Complete opening and closing side work duties
- Maintain organization of service stations
- Uphold Salamander Forbes service standards in all interactions
- Perform additional duties as assigned by restaurant leadership
