About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Server Assistant at Goldfinch Tavern who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate dining experience . The Server Assistant is part of a dynamic team that provides award winning service to our restaurant and hotel guests . This position reports to the Goldfinch Tavern management team . U.S. work authorization is for this position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of duties through hard work and discipline
• Anticipate the needs of g uest's and co-workers instantaneously
• Clear and tables, assist the floor and enhance guest's dining experiences
• Deliver food and provide eloquent food descriptions in a synchronized manner
• Assist bartenders and cocktail servers , which requires a broad understanding of cocktails
