About The Position
Marbled & Fin is expanding from its celebrated Charleston roots to downtown Savannah as the concept's second location, joining The Neighborhood Dining Group portfolio (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James). Known for its vibrant energy and modern approach to the steakhouse, Marbled & Fin creates a lively yet polished setting for both everyday dining and special celebrations. Team members will be part of bringing this exciting new restaurant to Savannah, offering premium cuts of beef, the highest quality seafood, and expansive wine list, and a standout whiskey and spirits collection. We're looking for a Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team and help create a seamless, elevated guest experience.
Requirements
- Energetic, dependable, and team-oriented
- Detail-focused with a sense of urgency and professionalism
- Eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience in a fine dining restaurant
Responsibilities
- Support Servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining clean, organized tables
- Assist in delivering food and beverage orders with professionalism and care
- Keep service areas stocked, clean, and guest-ready
- Anticipate guest needs and provide warm, genuine hospitality at every turn
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
