The Server Assistant is responsible for supporting the service team by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the dining room. Requirements
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist with delivery of food and beverages to guests
- Clear, clean, and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas
- Refill water, assist with bread service, and respond to guest requests
- Support servers in maintaining section readiness and guest satisfaction
- Stock service stations with necessary supplies
- Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager
