About The Position

The Server Assistant is responsible for supporting the beverage staff in providing prompt and courteous service to guests.

Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak & Understand).

Nice To Haves

• 1-year restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work as a team with bottle server assigned to same area.
• Must bus tables and run drinks/cocktails while being able to maintain a clean and stocked workstation throughout your shift.
• Maintain effective communication with servers and respond to their request for support.
• Must be able to announce the drink as they are delivering it to a guest, remember and utilize seat numbers, be able to identify and describe the drink, and take the time to make sure the guest is content before leaving the table.
