About The Position
We are looking for Server Assistants to join our team ! Sea Monkey is recently opened, and features a large, brand new space. We offer dinner service Wednesday through Saturday evenings, followed by a late night lounge. Sea Monkey is a high end club and lounge space, featuring a beautiful, high touch speakeasy. We are open Thurday through Saturday evenings. The menu features Mediterranean dishes with coastal influence, and focus on small bites and sea food offerings.
Requirements
- Open availability on all Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings
- Have previous high volume restaurant or club experience
- Be committed to creating a very high-end, guest-centric space
- Able to work independently and proactively
