About The Position

Casual fare, craft beer, and cocktails! Savor refreshing drinks and sandwiches, salads, and more at our timeless and sophisticated pool bar and restaurant, The Shelter Club. Located right behind the outdoor third-floor pool, guests can order a burger, fresh fries, and a cocktail all without leaving their pool chair. Guests can take a dip in the sparkling pool and enjoy the beautiful ocean views from the expansive pool deck as they unwind, dine, and relax with a cool beverage in hand. The Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. Please note, your job duties may include additional responsibilities depending on business needs, such as rolling silverware, clearing tables, etc.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1+ years' experience in a Food and Beverage role.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 25 pounds).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food Server in serving guests.
• Roll silverware as needed.
• Clear tables after guests have finished dining.
• Ensure a clean and organized dining area.
