About The Position

The Server Assistant at Signia by Hilton Atlanta plays a crucial role in supporting the Food & Beverage team by ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining dining standards. This position involves setting and clearing tables, stocking service stations, and assisting food servers to enhance the dining experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Experience in an upscale high-volume restaurant environment preferred.
• Positive attitude and initiative in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Hotel experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins and cleaning tableware.
• Ensure tableware is in good condition and report any defects for repair.
• Stock, maintain, and clean designated food station(s).
• Assist food server(s) with table service, including serving beverages and breads.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely and friendly manner.
