The Hilton Americas - Houston is looking for a Server Assistant (Part-Time) to join the in room dining team! Connected to the George R. Brown Convention Center, Hilton Americas-Houston is the city's largest convention hotel. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential! What will I be doing? As a Server Assistant, you would be responsible for in room dining orders as well as stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and organization of in-room dining orders.
Deliver food and beverage items promptly and courteously to guest rooms.
Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Ensure all food handling procedures align with health and safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation while enforcing sanitation protocols.
