About The Position

Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is looking for a PartTime Server Assistant to join their dynamic Food and Beverage team in their Italian fine dining Restaurant La Luce! This one-of-a-kind property boasts 12 different dining options, over 1000 guest rooms, 231,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, with 3 ballrooms, 34 meeting rooms, 2 dedicated boardrooms, and unique outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably with fine dining experience, a friendly/outgoing approach, a great approach to teamwork and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Shift Pattern: 3-4 shifts per week, PM shifts, starting as early as 5PM and ending as late as 10:45PM-11:30PM, weekends and holidays availability required. Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour, plus tips.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, preferably with fine dining experience.
• Friendly and outgoing approach.
• Great teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair.
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s).
• Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
