About The Position

The Server Assistant at The Oasis Restaurant assists in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and prep areas, supporting buffet setup, and providing additional guest services as needed. This part-time role is integral to the dining experience at The Spa at The Hotel Hershey, known for its luxurious environment and signature services.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an organized and efficient manner.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Effective communication skills with co-workers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter The Oasis Restaurant.
• Establish and maintain clean and neat work areas within the Oasis prep area, dining area, and lounge area.
• Daily set-up, maintenance, and clean up of the lunch buffet and beverages.
• Maintain food supply and all equipment at the highest possible level.
• Provide additional spa guest service as needed.
• Assist with periodic inventory of china, glass, silver, and dining linens.
• Perform any reasonable tasks assigned by Oasis supervisor, spa managers, or director.
