About The Position

The Nightlife and Daylife Server Assistant / Marketing Model is responsible for assisting the Cocktail Server while providing superior customer service, serving beverages, food and amenities in all areas of the pool and nightclub. Service should be consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating. All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Minimum of 1-year work experience in a high-volume beverage or nightclub setting
  • Must be able to communicate in English with guests and other team members
  • Must be able to work efficiently within a team environment
  • Must have the ability to withstand high temperatures, heat and sun
  • Must adhere to both company and department specific policies and procedures
  • Embrace company culture and take pride in the resort and amenities
  • Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture and hygiene deemed by management

Responsibilities

  • Assisting Cocktail Server with serving beverages and food to guests
  • Transporting trays and serving food and beverages in all pool and nightclub areas
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in accordance with Clark County Health standards
  • Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards
  • Responsible for the daily set up of the pool and service areas before the venue opens
  • Responsible for the daily breakdown of the pool and service areas as the venue closes
  • Assist guests with requests, offering appropriate alternatives and seeking assistance when necessary
  • Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner
  • Manage multiple tables and tasks in an efficient and proactive manner
  • Recognize and acknowledge when guests are becoming intoxicated and/or are intoxicated
  • Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basis
  • Ensure daily/nightly opening and closing duties are completed
  • Adhere to and enforce company specific safety and health department policies/procedures
  • Report any incidents or violations to management
  • Follow all designated emergency procedures
  • Attend required trainings
  • Assist other departments as necessary
  • Marketing and promoting pool and nightclub events both on property and on Social Media platforms
  • Maintain social platforms as indicated by management and participate in marketing campaigns via social media
