About The Position
Server Assistant, Food Runner, & Hostess Positions Open Located eight miles from downtown Pittsburgh, in the heart of the South Hills, St. Clair Country Club is seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our hospitality team. This role is essential to providing expectations of excellence to our members, their families and guests. The Club operates year-round, offering four a la carte Restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining. Hours: Off Season Wednesday - Sunday (October-March) In Season Tuesday - Sunday (April-October) Weekend and holiday availability are important. Hostess: Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival Manage reservations and seating arrangements Maintain accurate waitlists Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials Server Assistant and Food Runner: Support servers with food delivery and table maintenance Clear and reset tables efficiently Fill/Refill water, bread, and beverages as needed Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times Help ensure smooth communication between front and back of house Remains productive throughout shift with opening/closing side work assigned by Manager
Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15-25 pounds regularly
