Job Description Summary The Server Assistant (Bus Attendant) is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives covering the food service venues of the hotel. The Bus Attendant sets-up, services, and breaks-down the food and beverage areas where they are assigned ensuring a high level of quality, consistency and service. The Bus Attendant also assists the Restaurant Servers with cleanup of guest tables and restaurant area. Job Description Key Job Functions Establish service standards throughout guest experience. Ascertain guest satisfaction. Assist service staff as directed by manager. Supply assigned station with all items needed for daily operation. Serve water, coffee, juice, and other beverages and refills. Clear extra place settings at the table. Maintain customer relations at the table. Complete all closing side work properly. Perform any duties as requested by manager. Handle stress and multiple tasks (to organize service steps). Maintains good interpersonal relations with guests and co-workers.
