We are seeking a gracious, efficient, and motivated part-time Server Assistant/Busser who can create a sense of luxury while engaging with guests in a fast-paced environment. Position Summary: The Server Assistant/Busser primary responsibility is to maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, to reset tables to ensure efficient flow of service, and support the servers and hosts as needed; while also maintaining elevated levels of guest service standards.

Requirements

High school diploma
Working knowledge of guest services in a luxury hotel setting.
Excellent command of English language.
Ability to work with people effectively.
Ability to multitask and work in mentally demanding situations.
RBS certified
Restaurant experience
Energetic/Friendly/Positive/Reliable
Ability to work quickly with an attention to detail
Ability to stand continuously for the duration of the shift (eight hours).
Ability to lift large dish bins and other items (up to 80 pounds) for the entirety of their shift (eight hours)
Ability to work in stressful situations.
Ability to move furniture and umbrella stands continuously throughout their shift (eight hours)
