About The Position
At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the Server Assistant/Busperson assists the Seasons Restaurant Server in providing an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables.
Requirements
- Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- 6 months food and beverage experience preferred.
- San Diego County Food Handlers card (not required upon hire) and Responsible Beverage Service certification.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate and service the owner and guest's needs before requests are necessary.
- Retrieve and stock all linen, china, silver, glassware and food and beverage items.
- Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
- Provide unobtrusive and professional service.
- Provide water throughout the meal to guests.
- Carry trays properly and safely as well as break them down.
- Clear tables and reset them for specific number of persons.
- Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant.
- Assist servers when needed.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Club management and staff.
