About The Position

Dino's Steak and Claw House is seeking experienced Wait and Bar Staff to join their team. The role involves providing exceptional service in a fine dining environment, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience. Staff will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, and maintaining a clean work area while working collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

Requirements

• 1-2 years bartending or serving experience at a quality establishment
• General food and alcohol knowledge highly encouraged
• Positive and upbeat attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• TABC and Food Handlers Certificates required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Ability to upsell menu and drink items
• Maintain clean and organized work station
• Accurately and efficiently take guests' orders
• Provide guests with an unforgettable experience on par with similar fine dining establishments
• Ability to communicate with guests and staff efficiently and politely
• Must work well with others in a teamwork heavy environment
• Team closing and opening duties
