About The Position

An individual with excellent written and verbal communications skills. You must be able to work in an active environment with the ability to multi-task. A history of customer service and a friendly manner are also required.

Responsibilities

• Field phone calls from customers and document issues in CRM system
• Order product as needed
• Confirm all service agreements are uploaded and orders are placed
• Track services for completion and quality check
• Follow up that product is ordered immediately and correctly for project
• Contact customers periodically to update on material orders and expected start date
• Schedule all services and Caps and Covers
• Work with reputation person on positive feedback from customers
• Track the processing of all Return Merchandise Authorization
• Work with Service Tech each morning, collect paperwork from day before
• Experience with computers
