In this role, you will be responsible for providing assistance to facility staff and customers, including processing payments, assisting with skate rentals, and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. The ideal candidate will have basic ice skating skills or a willingness to learn, as well as strong communication and customer service abilities to interact with customers both in person and over the phone. This is a seasonal (at-will) position with benefits limited to those required by applicable state and federal laws, which include Worker's Compensation, Medicare, Unemployment Insurance, and PERA (Public Employees' Retirement Association). Work hours will vary depending upon department needs, but will typically be between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. daily. Total hours worked will not exceed 1,500.
