Work Shift: Wednesday-Sunday 12am-1:30am start time with some flexibility required The Target Pay for this position is $23.80 an hour. Job Purpose/Overview The Serology Lab Technician is responsible for testing blood and other samples. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required, 2- or 4-year degree in science-related field preferred
Prior lab experience referred
Laboratory skills, with experience setting up, running, and reading lab tests and operating lab instruments.
General science background
Attention to detail and organized with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Solid communication skills- written and verbal
Proficiency in the English language which allows for participation in team meetings, accurate entry of data into company systems and understanding of written direction
Positive, can-do attitude
Personal computer skills, including strong typing ability and proficient use of Microsoft Office
