Requirements

North Carolina Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET) certification required.
Minimum of three (3) years of sworn law enforcement experience.
Valid North Carolina driver's license required.
Current First Aid/CPR certification required.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse populations.
Thorough understanding of law enforcement, investigations, and campus safety operations.
Ability to maintain composure and sound judgment under stress.
Proficiency in report writing and electronic documentation systems.
