About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to operate a POS system.
• Must have basic math skills and pass a written math/MICROS test with 80% accuracy or better.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Tend to guests' requests for food and beverage.
• Quote prices and describe features of items for which money is received.
• Read and record totals shown on POS tape and verify against cash on hand.
• Cash out server tickets and check identification for credit card payments.
• Understand and follow all department policies, specifically the MICROS POS policies.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment; assist in stocking and restocking products.
• Assist with the assembly and preparation of orders for guests.
• Answer phones and provide information to guests.
• Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers.
