Requirements

3+ years of septic, drain, wastewater, or related field experience
Strong knowledge of septic components, pumps, filtration, and drainage systems
Professional communication skills with customers
Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions
Valid driver’s license with clean record
A team-first mindset with initiative and accountability

Nice To Haves

Experience operating excavation or jetting equipment preferred

Responsibilities

Diagnosing and repairing residential septic and drainage systems
Performing full installations including excavation and final connections
Operating drain cameras, jetters, mini-excavators, and locating equipment
Explaining problems and solutions clearly to homeowners
Maintaining accurate service records, permits, and documentation
Following safety standards and jobsite protocols without exception
Coordinating with inspectors, vendors, and teammates to complete projects smoothly
