Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Solid understanding of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and content marketing principles.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategies and clear communication for team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
• Optimize website architecture, metadata, internal linking, and on-page elements to maximize crawlability and search rankings.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to develop SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and digital assets.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs; provide actionable insights.
• Develop and execute backlink strategies to strengthen domain authority and improve off-page SEO.
• Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategy evolves with the search landscape.
• Perform regular technical audits and recommend improvements to enhance site performance, user experience, and mobile responsiveness.
• Partner with developers to implement schema markup, page speed optimizations, and site structure enhancements.
