About The Position
The SEO/Social Media/Content Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing Alight's online presence. You will be responsible for SEO, social media, and content activities aimed at boosting the organic visibility of Alight and optimizing the company's website. This new colleague has a deep interest in digital marketing and is looking to make a difference in our overall marketing organization. You bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and excellent communication/writing skills. Focusing on SEO, the specialist will employ techniques and content strategies to elevate Alight’s online presence in a B2B marketing environment. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to coordinate organic social media efforts, ensuring alignment with the Alight brand and maintaining brand integrity across all digital platforms.
