We're looking for a SEO Marketing Manager who will own the SEO roadmap across Network Solutions Group. This is a high-impact individual contributor role—you won't just fix SEO issues, you'll drive strategy and build scalable solutions that lift all boats across performance, indexation, and search visibility. Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in hosting, SaaS, or e-commerce.
  • Experience managing SEO for large, complex websites with millions of pages.
  • Proven track record of leading SEO strategy and execution.
  • Proficient in creating reports and dashboards, and interpreting results for senior leadership to drive business impact.
  • Strong understanding of Google's crawling, rendering, and indexing mechanisms.
  • Expertise in Core Web Vitals, site speed, and web performance optimization.
  • Advanced knowledge of structured data, canonicalization, pagination, and redirects.
  • Proficient with SEO tools: Screaming Frog, ContentKing, JetOctopus, Sitebulb, GSC, GA4, Adobe Analytics.
  • Comfortable experimenting with emerging SERP features and using and testing AI tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Coding experience in Python, SQL, JavaScript for SEO automation.
  • Familiarity with CDNs (Cloudflare, Akamai), caching, and server configurations.
  • Knowledge of headless CMS, SSR, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
  • Experience working in agile environments (sprints, JIRA, Asana).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Adobe Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Partner with SEO Content Team to identify gaps in content both business and technical.
  • Collaborate with Storefront team to conduct regular audits to improve crawlability, indexation, and site architecture.
  • Drive and implement an offsite SEO strategy, including authoritative link building and partnering with the Communications team on brand mentions to improve authority and visibility.
  • Work closely with storefront engineering, content, and product teams to integrate SEO best practices.
  • Report out results to multiple stakeholders to give transparency and insight into the comprehensive SEO Results.
  • Communicate technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide training and documentation on technical SEO best practices.
  • Ensure the website and content are optimized for inclusion in AI-generated search results.
  • Evaluate and adjust strategies to optimize for new channels where content can be found organically.
  • Identify opportunities to experiment with AI tools, SERP features, and schema markups to broaden our reach in traditional and generative search.
