About The Position

First Community Credit Union (FCCU) is offering a nine-week, full-time (40 hr/week) paid internship opportunity based in Houston, TX, for an individual looking to pursue a career in SEO Marketing. This internship will begin 6/08/2026 and ends 8/07/2026.

As a member of the Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience understanding Digital Marketing and Analytics initiatives, with a focus on Google Ads, paid media optimization, AI-driven analytics, and campaign performance reporting. They will analyze website analytics, perform competitor audits, and assist with content improvements to increase traffic. This role requires basic knowledge of SEO, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics. The SEO Marketing Intern may also assist the Marketing department with collaboration surrounding the Marketing Department’s strategic goals.

The Marketing Interns will gain valuable knowledge regarding all aspects of the Marketing department at FCCU, provide support to management, and work with staff to support daily operations.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or graduate level degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field of study
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics
