As an SEO Manager, you will help grow Grammarly’s visibility and traffic through both traditional search engine optimization (SEO) and emerging generative engine optimization (GEO) strategies. Reporting to the Director of Organic Acquisition, you’ll work with the SEO Lead to build and execute on innovative SEO strategies across multiple websites (Grammarly, Coda.io, and Superhuman). You’ll collaborate with content strategists, engineers, product marketers, and data analysts to implement best practices, conduct keyword and AI prompt research, optimize onsite content and metadata, support offsite initiatives, and ensure our web properties perform across search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms. You’ll also contribute to Grammarly’s GEO efforts by analyzing prompt/query patterns, developing optimization guidelines, and supporting experiments that measure how platforms like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity surface and cite our content. Through hands-on execution and curiosity about emerging technologies, you’ll help Grammarly stay visible in both established and next-generation search landscapes—making our products discoverable to more users in more ways than ever.
