About The Position

We're seeking an experienced Content Marketing SEO contractor to develop and execute content strategies that drive organic growth across our large-scale educational platform and network of school subdomains. This role requires expertise in educational content marketing, SEO content strategy, and building scalable content operations for multi-site educational organizations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in content marketing with strong SEO focus
  • Proven track record creating content strategies for multi-location or franchise organizations
  • Expert knowledge of content optimization tools (BrightEdge, etc.)
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and content workflows at scale
  • Strong writing and editing skills with ability to adapt voice for different educational audiences
  • Advanced understanding of how content impacts search rankings and organic growth
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics)
  • Experience with keyword research and competitive content analysis
  • Knowledge of local SEO content strategies for multi-location businesses
  • Understanding of technical SEO as it relates to content optimization
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization for educational content funnels
