Requirements

• Passion for Digital Marketing with a holistic perspective on business and marketing.
• Ability to use SEO skills, such as keyword research, to understand clients’ customers and their online habits.
• Some technical SEO knowledge (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, iframes, etc.).
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to customize communication styles to manage client relationships effectively.
• Proactive in staying ahead of SEO trends and sharing insights with others.
• Familiarity with industry tools and resources including ChatGPT and GA4.
• Eagerness to provide strategic recommendations while focusing on execution.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines without micromanagement.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on providing proactive solutions.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive traffic and increase ROI for Seer’s clients by doing competitive analysis, keyword research, content creation, and link building.
• Measure the effectiveness of Seer’s strategies by reporting from a variety of resources including Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Conductor.
• Track and report changes in clients’ online presence, including traffic, rankings, trends, and conversions.
• Share insights with clients through email, conference calls, or face-to-face meetings.
• Always tie everything back to business goals, ensuring a focus on ROI for clients.

Benefits

• $65,000 - $70,000 a year compensation.
