Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Test Conductor / Principal Test Conductor. This position is located in Colorado Springs, CO and supports the Sentinel program.

  • Support lab integration of hardware and software units.
  • Enforce lab operations processes.
  • Support hardware/software testing activities, including pass/fail functional testing.
  • Coordinate lab development, integration, and scheduling.
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings, network diagrams and schematics, and various test equipment.
  • Bachelor's degree with two (2) years of applicable experience, or a Master's degree with zero (0) years of applicable experience.
  • An additional four (4) years of applicable experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application.
  • One (1) year of experience in defining and standing up a lab/test environment.
  • One (1) year of experience operating in an Agile environment using any of the Atlassian tool-sets (JIRA and Confluence).
  • Two (2) years experience with hardware or software integration in a lab/test environment.
  • Familiarity with COTS material maintenance and configuration management.
  • Experience in interpreting electrical or mechanical schematics.
  • Knowledge of AS9100 requirements and other applicable lab environment requirements.
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a CompTIA Security+ (SEC+) certification.
  • Ability to successfully and effectively work within a team with a diverse technological background.
  • Ability to physically integrate systems when the program necessitates it.
  • Four (4) years of experience in defining and standing up a lab/test environment.
  • Experience with governmental institutions or prime contractors of the US Government.
  • Four (4) years of experience operating in an Agile environment using any of the Atlassian tool-sets (JIRA and Confluence).
  • Four (4) years experience with hardware or software integration in a lab/test environment.
  • Experience in creating electrical or mechanical schematics.
