Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal or Sr Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst to join its team of diverse and qualified individuals. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program in the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure. This position may be filled at a higher level based on the qualifications below.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 5 years of related experience; a Master's degree with 3 years; or a High School diploma (or equivalent) with 9 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree (Sr. Principal level requires a bachelor’s and 8 years; a master’s and 6 years; or 12 years with a HS diploma)
• Requires US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance
• Requires experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, Deltek Cobra, MS Project, and or OneIWO
• Requires a minimum of 3 years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience

Nice To Haves

• Active DoD Secret level security clearance or higher
• Experience in Accounting, Cost Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Program Cost Analysis, Program Scheduling, and/or Aerospace and Defense Business
• Experience with MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (including Pivot tables, Vlook Up, VBA and/or Macros)
• Extensive experience with EVMS Software (i.e., SAP, SAP BW, Deltek Cobra, Open Plan, MPM, Acumen One IWO, Primavera P6)
• Extensive experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) Principals and applying Earned Value Techniques
• EVM Certification
• Experience supporting contracts with EVMS requirements
• 3 or more years' experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) Principals and applying Earned Value Techniques in an Aerospace & Defense environment
• Experience managing and analyzing project costs using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

Responsibilities

• Setup, monitoring, and controlling program costs and schedules
• Performing analyses and preparing reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters
• Preparing budgets and schedules for contract work
• Incorporating contracts changes into control systems
• Estimate and completion and forecast related activities
• Performing miscellaneous financial analysis as required
